All-SWAB Staten Island Compost Facility Tour

SWAB members – representing all 3 SWABs – went on a tour of the Staten Island (SI) Compost Facility led by Marguerite Manela, from the NYC Dept. of Sanitation’s Bureau of Solid Waste Management.
